　　20xx年9月，剛剛從學校畢業(yè)來到我校成為一名教師，當?shù)谝淮巫哌M教室時學生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進學校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個學期，發(fā)怒成了我生活中出現(xiàn)得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業(yè)這些都會引起我的發(fā)怒。于是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內(nèi)容的學生。

　　無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規(guī)越墻出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當他發(fā)覺剛才踏的不

　　大家下午好！

　　首先感謝區(qū)教研室的領導給我一次與大家交流的機會。在座的各位畢業(yè)班英語老師都是經(jīng)驗非常豐富的，在大家面前來談英語教學的經(jīng)驗實在是慚愧。為了提高英語教學質量，我的確是想了很多的辦法，這里面有成功帶來的喜悅，也有失敗帶來的反思。這些談不上經(jīng)驗，現(xiàn)簡單地做個介紹，如有不當之處，敬請各位批評指正。

　　記得剛剛走上工作崗位的我曾經(jīng)信心百倍，認為小學英語教學應該是很簡單的事情，不就是聽、說、讀、寫嘛，沒什么難的，但真正開始教學，真正開始接觸學生之后，我才感覺到：小學英語教學尤其是我們農(nóng)村學生的英語教學真是坎坷難行。教學一開始我就遇到了種種問題。有一大部分學生在潛意識里根本沒有把英語當一回事，有些學生甚至有抵觸的情緒。從家庭上看，我們的學生家庭大部分屬于農(nóng)村家庭，英語沒有被受到重視，再加上家長能聽懂英語的少之又少，更別說輔導了。從環(huán)境上來看，學生除了課堂上短短的40分鐘外，基本上就沒有使用英語的環(huán)境了，放學后聽英語磁帶的作業(yè)也有大部分學生不能自覺完成，再加上英語課課時較少，因此我的英語教學開展得并不順暢。面對如此多的問題，我決定從學生的學習興趣、學習方法和學習習慣方面去入手解決�，F(xiàn)想從我的切身體會談幾點做法及建議：

　　一、要從自身找原因，培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣。

　　自己先要想辦法，持有一份樂觀的態(tài)度，勤思考，樂奉獻。給學生一份愛，讓學生喜歡你，從而喜歡上你的英語課。因為興趣是最好的老師，當學生喜歡上你的課了，專心地聽講了，那課堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了嗎？在培養(yǎng)學生學習興趣方面，我做了如下工作：

　　（一）、用愛去灌溉學生。

　　首先用心地給學生一份愛。因為愛可以融化人與人之間的隔閡，給學生一份愛，同時你也會收獲到他們對您的愛。我們要在日常生活接觸中體現(xiàn)愛，例如下課后，我大多時間都會逗留在班里，跟他們談談學習上的問題、說說家常話或開個玩笑逗逗他們，他們會不亦樂乎。時間長了，他們就把我當朋友了。記得20xx年那屆我班有個頑皮又聰明的學生叫黃永樟，各門功課成績極差，經(jīng)常不及格甚至低分，是讓語文數(shù)學老師頭疼的學生�？捎⒄Z科他卻十分感興趣，能拿八、九十分，為什么他英語成績那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虜”了，很愛上英語課，也很喜歡給我拉家常。有一次，下課了，他走到我跟前，興奮地告訴我，他家大母狗生了5條小狗，可愛極了。

　�。ǘ�）、注重課前、課堂中氣氛的調和。

　　每次上課走來，總能從樓下聽到我班朗朗的英語讀書聲，當我站在講臺上的第一句話便是及時地、微笑著表揚他們：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在樓下我已經(jīng)能聽到你們朗朗的讀書聲了，老師真開心啊，你們讀得那么好，或很自豪的或說：“哇，你們讀書真棒，所有老師聽了也對你們豎起了大拇指”，這樣小小的表揚就充分樹立他們的自信心，他們會很高興，下次他們會讀得更好。別以為這樣的方法六年級不適用了，恰好這些方法我都是一年級，六年級通用的，課堂上也注重學生的學習狀態(tài)，隨時調整課堂氣氛，使學生在一個良好的氛圍里不知不覺地學到了知識。記得去年的六（1）班下午第一節(jié)英語，由于3月份天氣原因，學生總有一種“春眼不覺曉，處處聞啼鳥”的倦態(tài)，那節(jié)課學生的精神狀態(tài)很差，學習積極性不高，我想：如果這樣講下去效果肯定不好，于是我臨時利用我班的搞笑大王葉寶彬同學做著火點，從他入手，我說：“Hello寶彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其來的問題嚇愣了，我順勢說：“我猜你有30歲了”全班同學一聽，哈的一聲笑起來，眼神都看著寶彬，我說：“看你今天上課的心態(tài)有30歲了吧？好，老師決定今天幫你時光倒流，把你變成3歲的小孩子，好嗎？”這時寶彬不好意思的笑了，全班同學也來起了精神，他們倒要看看我怎樣把寶彬同學變成一個3歲的小孩子。也許有的老師會說，這樣每天浪費時間在與學習無關的事上，不就事倍功半了嗎？我覺得恰恰相反，每節(jié)課恰當?shù)臍夥照{節(jié)，是課堂上良好的調料，把他們的學習注意力集中到課堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了嗎，總比羅羅嗦嗦講紀律強多了，而實踐證時，我也收到了較好的教學效果

　　二、抓好課堂教學掌握良好的學習方法。

　　不管是哪一門學科，要想有好成績，課堂教學的質量是最重要的，課后炒冷飯，補的效果當然也有，那肯定會費時費力。在課堂教學方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些無味枯燥的內(nèi)容，要找易于學生理解的切入點，要想方設法吸引學生。對于自己今天所上的內(nèi)容自己一定要有個清晰的思路，課后及時反思。例如反思一下你今天教的開心嗎？學生學得開心嗎？學生學到了什么，遺漏了什么等等。同時對于一些后進生，課堂上千萬不要丟掉他們，不理他們，不給他們發(fā)言、練說的機會。相反，要像警察一樣時常盯著他們，與他們進行目光的交流。因為他們后進，可能有更多的`聽不懂的地方，而容易開小差，教師的目光以及點名回答，一是提醒他認真聽課，同時也是在給他練習的機會。

　　三、培養(yǎng)良好的學習習慣。

　�。ㄒ唬�、全面實行“一幫一”，充分發(fā)揮學生的作用。

　　為了提高英語教學質量，提高學生的英語學習成績，我還注意培養(yǎng)學生的互助學習習慣，分小組學習，小組成員結成一幫一的互助對子，充分發(fā)揮學生的作用，例如做有關語法和時態(tài)得練習題時，讓他們同桌或小組討論：這題為什么這樣做，原因是什么，讓他們用語法或時態(tài)等說出理由，說服對方。這樣既讓基礎好的學生所學的知識得到了鞏固，又幫助了其他的同學共同進步，不再出現(xiàn)很嚴重的“兩極分化”，可以說是一舉兩得。

　　班里總會出現(xiàn)一些個別的差生，不是學習習慣差就是基礎差，教師一定要課后花工夫，進行輔導。例如我就我校實際情況，請示校長，同時得到校領導的大力支持，每天利用早讀前20分鐘，到三樓電教室給他們補課。讓他們把遺忘的知識都溫故而知新。我覺得這樣做效果還是挺大的，原來不及格的學生都追趕上來了，消滅了不及格率。
