在PEG、IEA、E-rater、冰果、MY Access、IntelliMetric等幾種智能評(píng)分系統(tǒng)中，本文選取IntelliMetric系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行理論分析，對(duì)其所評(píng)分的作文進(jìn)行跟蹤評(píng)析，發(fā)現(xiàn)其通過對(duì)學(xué)生作文按照若干評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題進(jìn)行回應(yīng)和打分的方法能夠快速、有效地解決了作文評(píng)分的效率問題，可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性不亞于人工評(píng)分的水平，完全可以作為人工評(píng)分的補(bǔ)充手段。由此看來，智能評(píng)分系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展值得期盼。
一、IntelliMetric系統(tǒng)概述
IntelliMetric系統(tǒng)發(fā)布于1998年1月，是第一個(gè)提供給教育機(jī)構(gòu)的智能作文評(píng)分軟件，相比傳統(tǒng)的人工評(píng)閱具有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，如：準(zhǔn)確 度大于個(gè)人評(píng)分，尤其大于單人人工評(píng)分；提供即時(shí)反饋等等。發(fā)布以后，系統(tǒng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

IntelliMetric系統(tǒng)再好，它還是屬于工具，少不了它的局限性。 首先，系統(tǒng)測(cè)試時(shí)大大依賴于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的人工評(píng)閱專家。系統(tǒng)需要明確的給分點(diǎn)提示和整體把握流程，而這樣的專家往往也是仁者見仁智者見智的，很難取得統(tǒng)一。輸入不夠?qū)е螺敵鼍窒�，使用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行機(jī)評(píng)時(shí)我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)遺漏了給分點(diǎn)或整體把握不靈的情況。
從目前各種智能評(píng)分系統(tǒng)的使用看來，各種系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)都利用了多種現(xiàn)代信息處理技術(shù)， 主要包括自然語(yǔ)言微觀和宏觀處理技術(shù)、檢索技術(shù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析技術(shù)等，但由于所使用的各種技術(shù)成熟程度不同，主要由于對(duì)自然語(yǔ)言處理微觀宏觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立和人工智能化程度還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，系統(tǒng)的分析能力難免存在較大局限性。目前，由于涉及專利問題，各種智能評(píng)分系統(tǒng)所采用的自然語(yǔ)言處理微宏技術(shù)都還沒有公開，這是一個(gè)遺憾，對(duì)我們進(jìn)一步開展研究很不利。
智能評(píng)分系統(tǒng)在對(duì)評(píng)分模型進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練并建立基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、形成建模，是提高其工作質(zhì)量，即作文評(píng)分的信度的關(guān)鍵。接下來，我們應(yīng)充分借鑒語(yǔ)言測(cè)試領(lǐng)域的成果，充分發(fā)展自然語(yǔ)言處理微宏技術(shù)，在語(yǔ)言表述、思想內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行聯(lián)動(dòng)賦值，并植入智能系統(tǒng)。還要在程序上進(jìn)一步模擬人工流程，對(duì)自動(dòng)評(píng)分模型進(jìn)行反復(fù)訓(xùn)練調(diào)試，才能提高機(jī)評(píng)的信度，為語(yǔ)言教學(xué)提供強(qiáng)有力的輔助。

Nowadays, it has become a trend for many college students to get an off-campus apartment. And it is very popular among college students . They think that it is a chance to close to the community and sharpen themselves. What’s more, through it can make them had their own independent space and let them do what they love to do. More still, it is an effective way to reduce the friction between their roommates and themselves. But, as for as I am concerned , it is not an appealing way for college students to treasure themselves. There are main two reasons to supporting my opinion.
On one hand, our college students do not better to control themselves, in other words, they don’t have the ability to control themselves to resist some bad temptations. So, they may be very easy to led astray. And if they belong to the self-control relatively groups ,they are very easy to be influenced by the outside surroundings. As a result, they may be very easy to do something that is contrary to the ethical norms of society, school rules and regulations ,and the matter of human nature.
On the other hand, there are some security risks to get an off-campus apartment . Firstly, the nearby surroundings of rental concentrated is very bad , garbage and sewage can be seen here and there, it influences the
rental college students’ healthy seriously. Secondly , a great many rental housing are illegal structures; and a large number of rental housing have bad doors and windows that are in disrepair ; more still, there are a lot of wire aging. As an consequence, it exists many security risks. Finally, some criminal may be easy to take aim at college students ,who get an off-campus apartment , and commit their crimes.
At last, there are some suggestions for it. Firstly, The community should have a responsible attitude to serve college students, and really provide them with a good surrounding environment. Secondly, the school should seriously think about it, and they also should strictly management it and increase the hardware construction and create a better living, learning environment, so that students are willing to live in the school. Finally, if the college student decides to go out to live, it had better to ensure himself security ; and do best to choose the place ,which has a better environment for living.

It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
I can see both advantages and disadvantages to having a new restaurant built in our neighborhood. I'm worried about traffic and how it will affect our neighborhood. However, I think that it will benefit local businesses and increase appreciation for our neighborhood. Overall, I think it is a good idea.
Traffic congestion is always a concern when you build something new. Our streets are narrow, with parking on both sides. More cars traveling through the neighborhood could cause a lot of congesting. Traffic means parking problems, too. Our neighborhood has very few garages attached to the houses. Most of us depend on finding a space to park on the street. If the new restaurant is built, we’ll be competing for those spaces with the restaurant's patrons. Plus, if the restaurant offers wallet parking, it'll be even worse. Valet parkers work in teams to grab every possible space available on the street.
I'm also concerned about the type of patrons this new restaurant will bring into our neighborhood. A family restaurant wouldn't be a problem. However, if it's going have a bar and dancing, then there could be problems. The restaurant would stay open later, and people leaving the restaurant might be drunk. Who wouldn't worry about rowdy customers staggering around our neighborhood in the early morning hours, looking for their cars?
I have to admit, though, there are advantages to a new restaurant. Our neighborhood could certainly use the jobs the restaurant would provide. Not only that, the money neighborhood residents would earn there would likely be spent at other neighborhood businesses. This would give a boost to those businesses and make our neighborhood more prosperous.
A new restaurant would also attract a lot of people to our neighborhood. They could see what a nice area this is to live. That might attract new residents to the neighborhood. That would be a good thing, because we've been losing residents to the suburbs the last couple of years.
There are a lot of details to consider, but all in all, I support the idea of this new restaurant in our neighborhood.
