我還發(fā)現(xiàn)許多同學(xué)都是瞎子，我想，這就是他不愛(ài)護(hù)眼睛的原因吧，要想保護(hù)眼睛必須要有這幾點(diǎn)：
每天必須向外眺望;
每天必須休息1—2小時(shí);
每天至少也得睡8小時(shí);
