　　在中國(guó)大學(xué)中雇傭外教是否有必要

　　Nowadays, there are more and more foreigners come to China for teaching. The majority of Chinese show agreement about this phenomenon, though there are more or less Chinese stand on the opposite side. Maybe still some people don’t realize the advantage of having foreign teachers to instruct our English: they help us to improve our oral English, know more about culture and make different friends.

　　如今，有越來(lái)越多的外國(guó)人來(lái)中國(guó)教學(xué)。大部分中國(guó)人對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象表示表示贊同，雖然有或多或少的人是站在對(duì)立面的。也許還有些人沒(méi)有意識(shí)到有外籍教師指導(dǎo)我們英語(yǔ)的好處：他們幫助我們提高英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)，更加了解文化并交到不同的朋友。

　　First of all, it’s a common thing that Chinese students are good at writing English exam, but can’t talk in daily life. If we have foreigners to be our English teachers, we have to use English to communicate with them. Otherwise, we can’t finish study task. Therefore, in one way, having foreign teachers help us open our mouth to speak, this is the best way to practice our oral English. In addition, talking face-to-face is the most effective way to correct speaking mistakes and recorrect them.

　　首先，中國(guó)學(xué)生擅長(zhǎng)寫英語(yǔ)考試，卻不能在日常生活中對(duì)話是常見(jiàn)的事。如果我們有外國(guó)人作為我們的英語(yǔ)教師，我們必須要用英語(yǔ)和他們交流。否則，我們完成不了學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。因此，一方面，有外國(guó)老師幫助我們的口語(yǔ)，這是練習(xí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的最好方法。此外，面對(duì)面交談是發(fā)現(xiàn)口語(yǔ)錯(cuò)誤并改正的最有效的方法。

　　Secondly, when talking with our foreign teachers, we easily refer to our own country’s culture and theirs’. In order to make the conversation continue, we have to do some research to make sure that whether we know about own culture is correct and what else we don’t know and also have to do some preparation about their culture. Moreover, when we talk, we can easily and impressively learn others custom and culture. Thus, in this way, we are not only having a deep impress on our own country, but also learn overseas’ culture in a relax way.

　　其次，與外籍教師交談時(shí)，我們很容易談到自己國(guó)家和他們國(guó)家的文化。為了讓談話繼續(xù)下，我們要做一些研究以確保我們是否正確的了解自己的文化，還有自己不知道的是什么，并做好了解他們文化的準(zhǔn)備。此外，在我們聊天的時(shí)候，我們可以既容易又印象深刻的了解到別人的文化和習(xí)俗。因此，在這種方式中，我們不僅對(duì)自己的國(guó)家有一個(gè)深深的印象，也以一種輕松的方式學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外文化。

　　Last but not least, before we have foreign teachers, it’s possible that we just see foreigners on TV, not to speak of talking with them. So it’s certain that all our friends are Chinese. Many things are different when we have foreign instructors. They are not only teachers but also friends of us. During the communication in class or after class, it’s easily for us to make friends with them. Then we are not only having Chinese friends but also foreign friends.

　　最后但并非最不重要的是在我們有外籍教師之前，這是有可能的，我們只在電視上看到外國(guó)人，更不用說(shuō)與他們交談。所以我們所有的朋友肯定都是中國(guó)人。有了外教之后很多事情都不一樣了。他們不僅是老師也是我們的朋友。在課堂上或是課后的交流中，我們很容易與他們成為朋友。然后之后，我們不僅有中國(guó)朋友也有外國(guó)朋友了。

　　General speaking, maybe foreign teachers can’t help us too much on Chinese university exam, but they can help our spoken English and open our eyes. Being college students, we need is not only having a high mark on the exam, but also some skills and abilities that have real effects after we graduate. Improving spoken English, knowing more cultural things and making different friends are of great use. So, I think Chinese universities hire foreign teachers are absolutely necessary.

　　總的來(lái)說(shuō)，也許外教在中國(guó)大學(xué)考試上不能幫助我們太多，但他們可以幫助我們的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)，開(kāi)闊我們的視野。作為大學(xué)生，我們需要的是不僅僅是在考試中取得高分?jǐn)?shù)，而且也要有一些在我們畢業(yè)后有真正用途的技巧和能力。提高英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)，了解更多的文化的知識(shí)，交不同的朋友是有很大的好處的。所以，我認(rèn)為我國(guó)高校聘請(qǐng)外籍教師是絕對(duì)有必要的。
