First please allow me, on behalf of general education center of all the female worker to women say: good holiday! As general education center of a female teacher, I feel very proud, we work side by side with men and sweat to harvest success, for the glory of non-ferrous education, has successfully!
Today I will give a speech on the topic of "the saxiang students are love,

"Spreading out hope with love" has become our general education center of the commitment of all female teachers in silent, in order to the silent promise, we all day and night, but with no regrets. 首先請(qǐng)讓我代表普教中心全體女職工向各位女同胞道一聲：節(jié)日好!作為普教中心的一名女教師，我感到很自豪，我們與男同胞一起并肩耕耘，揮灑汗水，收獲成功，為有色教育的輝煌，立下了汗馬功勞!
今天我給大家演講的題目是《灑向?qū)W生都是愛》
“有一首歌最為動(dòng)人/那就是師德/有一種人生最為美麗/那就是教師/有一種風(fēng)景最為雋永/那就是師魂/不要說我們一無所有/我們擁有同一顆火熱的太陽/我們擁有同一片廣博的天空/在同一片天空下/我們用愛撒播著希望……”
“用愛撒播著希望”成了我們普教中心全體女教師無言的承諾，為了那無言的承諾，我們?nèi)找辜娉�，卻無怨無悔。多少個(gè)寧靜的夜晚，為了備好每一堂課，我們認(rèn)真鉆研教材;多少個(gè)業(yè)余時(shí)間，為了轉(zhuǎn)化后進(jìn)學(xué)生，我們冒著嚴(yán)寒酷暑去家訪;多少個(gè)節(jié)假日，我們放棄與家人休閑的時(shí)間，潛心鉆研新課標(biāo)精神，利用一切可以利用的時(shí)間來“自我充電”。
傾注愛心，關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)，是我們?nèi)w女教師的一致追求。女教師的愛不同于一般人的愛，它是一種把全部心靈和才智獻(xiàn)給孩子的真誠(chéng)。這種愛是無私的，它毫無保留地獻(xiàn)給所有學(xué)生;這種愛是深沉的，它蘊(yùn)涵在為所有學(xué)生所做的每一件事中。記得去年的這個(gè)時(shí)候，我們有色二中310 班的一位男同學(xué)的母親不幸病逝了，這位同學(xué)也因此變得孤僻、寡言，后又因父子之間的關(guān)系鬧僵，最后這位同學(xué)的性格變得暴躁、厭學(xué)，進(jìn)而出現(xiàn)逃課上網(wǎng)、夜不歸宿的現(xiàn)象。班主任張老師看在眼里，急在心頭。多少個(gè)的夜晚，張老師到新下陸的各個(gè)網(wǎng)吧去找他，給他買面包，送礦泉水，勸他回家，有時(shí)還把他接回自己的家，與他談理想，談人生，用母親般的愛溫暖他那顆受傷的心。多少個(gè)休息日，張老師來到他家，與他父親談對(duì)孩子的教育，希望父親對(duì)孩子多點(diǎn)關(guān)心，多點(diǎn)賞識(shí)。多少個(gè)中午，張老師犧牲自己的午休時(shí)間，義務(wù)為他補(bǔ)課，使他重新樹立起學(xué)習(xí)的信心，最后順利地考上了有色一中。像這樣的例子在我們普教中心的女教師中舉不勝舉，我們的女教師用無私的愛呵護(hù)著每位學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)。
說實(shí)話，面對(duì)外面精彩的世界，誰不崇尚前衛(wèi)的生活?誰不向往舒適的日子?可作為一個(gè)女老師，每天下班后，想想第二天課堂上幾十雙渴求知識(shí)的眼睛，想想案頭堆積如山的作業(yè)，我們哪能忘情于享受?我們只能像辛勤的農(nóng)夫，“日出而作，日落而息”，為同一塊土地精心耕作、無私奉獻(xiàn)。在我們的普教中心，多少青年女教師把青春年華扎根三尺講臺(tái)而無怨無悔;多少中年女教師將家庭擱置一旁而全身心地?fù)湓诮虒W(xué)工作上;多少老年女教師如老黃牛一般埋頭苦干而不知疲倦。一樣流逝的青春，可以用來虛擲，也可以用來奉獻(xiàn);一樣翻轉(zhuǎn)的年輪，可以碌碌無為，也可以永遠(yuǎn)被銘記。
雖然我們知道，那間教室里放飛的是希望，守巢的是自己;那塊黑板寫下的是真理，擦去的是功利;那根粉筆畫出的是彩虹，流下的是淚滴。但是為了一切學(xué)生，為了學(xué)生的一切，為了托起有色教育明天的太陽，我們普教中心的全體女教師甘愿奉獻(xiàn)我們?nèi)康膼?
