I never had such a birthday party before, what’s more, my birthday is the same month as our General Manager Lu, and I felt very honored and grateful. I received a lot of warm celebration words from all of you and a lovely birthday card. I was so moved that day and had the feeling that I am a part of this big family. When I blew off the candles, I made three wishes, firstly, make progress in English, secondly, make progress in Japanese,Thirdly, do my best to become a good translator in Suntrans. I hope my wisheswill come true in the future.

　　The third memorable mmoment for me was The Second Experience Exchanging Forum of Mining Investment 2015. This is the first time I took part in such a big conference, and I was very excited and willing to do something for it. We did work very hard for this conference, and even asked the Dragon Boat Festival to contribute. This conference gave me a great workexperience and taught me many things: for example how to do advertising and marketing, and a great knowledge in mining industry. The most important is, our young fellows’team work is very brilliant, and I love our company more thanever after this conference.

　　These are the three most memorable moments for me that I spent with all of you in Suntrans, I hope that we can create moreand more in the future.

　　今天我的話題有點(diǎn)長(zhǎng)，是我和我親愛的小伙伴們?cè)赟untrans公司度過的快樂日子。我們?cè)谝黄鸲冗^了無數(shù)快樂的日子，每一天都令人難忘。時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)了，如果我與大家分享每一刻，這次會(huì)議可能會(huì)持續(xù)三天甚至更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。因此，為了給我們工作、吃飯、回家和睡覺的時(shí)間，我只分享我們?cè)谝黄鹱铍y忘的三個(gè)時(shí)刻。

　　對(duì)我來說，第一個(gè)難忘的時(shí)刻是5月份我們?nèi)肆�資源部舉辦的公司活動(dòng)。我們一起玩游戲，玩得很開心。那天是我25歲的生日，但這并不是我記得這么清楚的最重要的原因。首先，我了解了我們公司的歷史，覺得創(chuàng)業(yè)很困難，認(rèn)為我們公司的每個(gè)人都很努力。第二，那天我加入了Maple的團(tuán)隊(duì)，盡管我們幾乎輸?shù)袅怂�有的比賽，但每個(gè)人都非常高興和友好，我的'團(tuán)隊(duì)讓我明白了“團(tuán)隊(duì)精神”這個(gè)詞的含義。經(jīng)過那天的活動(dòng)，我開始理解并喜歡上我們的公司。

　　第三次讓我難忘的是2015年第二屆礦業(yè)投資經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流論壇。這是我第一次參加這么大的會(huì)議，我很興奮，也很愿意為它做點(diǎn)什么。我們?yōu)檫@次會(huì)議做了非常努力的工作，甚至請(qǐng)端午節(jié)貢獻(xiàn)力量。這次會(huì)議給了我很好的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，教會(huì)了我很多東西：例如如何做廣告和營(yíng)銷，以及采礦業(yè)的豐富知識(shí)。最重要的是，我們年輕人的團(tuán)隊(duì)工作非常出色，在這次會(huì)議之后，我更喜歡我們的公司。

　　Beggars are one of the most familiar groups in every city. They accompany us from our childhood until now, and Ive found both the beggars and I change in this journey.

　　Years ago as a little girl, when I came across some old and disabled beggars on the road, Id donate some pocket money to them, happily thinking I was helping.

　　s I have grown older, Ive found the number of beggars has grown larger and they are more diverse. They appear in every corner of the city, on the overbridge, on the street, near restaurants, and even at your door. In contrast with the old days, it seems like the situation with beggars today is more complicated, which has made me hesitate before deciding whether to help them or not.

　　Its hard for me to give them money considering some who appear beggars in day time but dress up and go to fancy restaurants at night; and some who are controlled by some illegal organization and the money they get all goes to the organization. If I help them, Id be making the problem worse, Id be doing harm to the society, indirectly. But its also hard not to give them money, considering therere real beggars who really need help. If I dont help them, who will? And where is my sympathy?

　　What hurts me the most is not how hard it is to distinguish the real help-seekers from the many false ones, but that some children are forced by adults, sometimes even their parents, to beg. They grow up despised by the world, out of mainstream society. When I see their eyes filled with desperation and impudence instead of purity and innocence, my heart sinks. We dont know how they will face the world when they grow up, how this will shape their characters, and what they may do to the society, to perpetuate this cycle of violence.

　　Months ago the Fu Jian government has promulgated a new policy to deal with 8 kinds of beggars. An internet survey shows that over 80% of voters reacted positively toward the policy. We know that one single policy cannot solve a problem as complex as this one, but we do look forward to some improvement. I wish all humanity can live like human.

　　乞丐是每個(gè)城市最常見的群體之一。他們從我們的童年一直陪伴著我們，直到現(xiàn)在，我發(fā)現(xiàn)乞丐和我在這段旅程中都發(fā)生了變化。

　　幾年前，當(dāng)我還是個(gè)小女孩的時(shí)候，當(dāng)我在路上遇到一些年老殘疾的乞丐時(shí)，我會(huì)捐一些零花錢給他們，很高興地以為我在幫忙。

　　s隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)乞丐的`數(shù)量越來越多，他們也越來越多樣化。它們出現(xiàn)在城市的每個(gè)角落，天橋上，街道上，餐館附近，甚至你的門口。與過去相比，今天乞丐的情況似乎更加復(fù)雜，這讓我在決定是否幫助他們之前猶豫不決。
